In the Lab at ICA, high-growth Bay Area companies create a growth roadmap, path to increased profitability, strengthen their business models, and prepare their businesses to take on micro-debt or micro-equity. All companies that complete the Lab at ICA are eligible to receive up to $50,000 in seed capital from ICA’s Growth Fund.

In The Lab you’ll get access to expert facilitators through group workshops, peer-to-peer support and new connections, office hours access, and deep 1-to-1 support to create a tactical growth roadmap and prepare you to apply for seed capital.

Eligibility // To be considered for The Lab at ICA companies must be:

✓ Located in the 9-county San Francisco Bay Area.
✓ Earning revenue and in operation for at least one year.
✓ Ready and able to fully participate. The Lab has an estimated commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week for about a month.
