This year, ICA Fund celebrates 30 years of backing great businesses and proving what’s possible when underrepresented founders get the support they deserve. From our scrappy start as an all-volunteer advisory network, to our present model bringing together targeted entrepreneur education with flexible, catalytic capital, ICA has always gone all-in to help underrepresented founders grow their businesses. 

We’re building a new path forward. We’re betting that investing in local markets, and the brilliant entrepreneurs building right here in our own communities can deliver competitive financial returns and lasting social impact. And today, just as 1996, this bet is as bold as it is necessary.
