Robyn Rogin is an investment and credit executive who has managed more than $100 billion in institutional credit portfolios and now advises mission-driven businesses, investors, and nonprofit leaders on capital strategy, growth, and financial stewardship.
Robyn spent 20 years at Wells Fargo building and leading investment and credit teams. As Head of Credit Investment Portfolio, she led a team that managed a $100+ billion proprietary investment portfolio across corporate bonds, loans, and structured assets.
In recent years, Robyn has focused on expanding access to capital and strengthening mission-driven enterprises. She has held leadership roles across the impact investing and CDFI ecosystem, including Director of Lending and Senior Director of Fund Strategy & Innovation at Pacific Community Ventures. She has also served in interim executive roles including Interim Chief Investment Officer and Interim Chief Lending Officer, helping organizations navigate periods of growth, transition and strategic repositioning.
Robyn is the Founder and Managing Partner of R² Consulting Partners, an advisory firm providing fractional executive leadership and strategic finance expertise to startups, impact investors, CDFIs, and nonprofits. Robyn is known for bridging institutional finance and mission-driven entrepreneurship, combining the rigor of large-scale investment management with practical operational insight and a disciplined, collaborative leadership style that builds strong teams and brings clarity to complex environments. She is an active impact investor and advisor and supports entrepreneurs and emerging leaders through organizations including Astia and the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. She also serves on the Board of Financial Women of San Francisco, advancing opportunities for women in finance.
