Types of funding

We meet entrepreneurs where they’re at with founder-friendly capital.

When it comes to securing funding for your business, we know that one size does not fit all. Our structures include equity investment, term loans, convertible notes and revenue-based structures, and our team works closely with entrepreneurs to determine which capital offering is best suited for the business and next phase of growth. We typically invest $100,000–$300,000 per company, with the possibility of follow-on capital as needed.

ICA invests in Bay Area companies that have proven demand, generate meaningful revenue, and are ready to scale. We engage as active partners with mission-aligned entrepreneurs building businesses that create quality local jobs and meet real community needs, particularly in sustainable consumer products, health and wellness, tech-enabled services, and workforce-scaled local services.
