ABOUT
As a staff accountant I will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, complying with relevant regulations, and overseeing compliance reporting. I have over 14 years of experience in financial sector experience, starting as a bank teller for US Bank while working to get my bachelors degree in accounting. After graduating I spent 4 years at Alliant Insurance Services starting as an accounts receivable clerk, working my way to vendors payable, and then to staff accountant. I then received an offer to work at CDC Small Business Finance as a staff accountant where I stayed another 4 years. There I was responsible for compliance reporting, month end duties, and working directly with the SBA to help secure grants for the company. I then took a role at Henry Schein Orthodontics as a Senior Accountant for the past year before taking my current position where I am very happy to be working for another non profit to support a great cause!

My first job was when I was 16 and I helped run the snack bar for the local baseball/softball little league
