We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Dennise Estrada from Vice President of Finance and Administration to Chief Financial Officer at ICA Fund.
Since joining ICA, Dennise has elevated our operations across the board, bringing greater sophistication to our finance and HR processes, leading a successful office relocation, and developing an exceptional team. Under her leadership, we’ve promoted internal talent including Kathy Wong, Lovely Munzer, and J Aguilar, and transitioned our accounting function fully in-house with the addition of Andrew Sale.
Dennise brings over 18 years of financial leadership experience in the CDFI sector, including 15 years at CDC Small Business Finance, where she served as Controller and supported key initiatives, including the CDC–Capital Impact Partners merger.
As CFO, Dennise will continue building robust systems and collaborating across teams to ensure our financial strategies support ICA’s growing portfolio and long-term sustainability.
"I’m humbled and appreciative of the opportunity and the trust. I am excited to continue to develop and refine ICA Fund’s systems for growth, with a focus on fun and transparency along the way." Dennise shares.
Allison Kelly, ICA Fund CEO, adds, “Dennise has been instrumental in managing ICA’s growth, evolving our internal systems, and strengthening our financial, IT, and compliance infrastructure to meet the increasing complexity of our work.”
Please join us in congratulating Dennise on this well-deserved promotion!
