Important news for small business owners affected by the COVID-19 crisis: the State of California recently launched the Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program. The Program provides direct grant support to businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and related health and safety restrictions and offers grants ranging in size from from $5,000 to $25,00.

The grants are distributed by SBA lended Lendistry who is also administering the grant program. The $500M grant relief program, established to help small business owners and nonprofits, covers a wide range of expenses incurred as a result of the pandemic. Both nonprofits and for-profit businesses are eligible for the grant program.
