ICA is seeking an Impact Associate to help ICA on its mission of closing the racial and gender wealth gaps by maintaining ICA’s robust impact databases and providing descriptive, accurate reports of ICA’s historical and current work across the 9 county Bay Area. The Impact Associate is a critically important member of the ICA team, responsible for managing data collection, aggregation, and impact analysis & reporting across the organization, as well as continually improving ICA’s data collection, management and reporting practices. The position is based in Oakland, CA with hybrid in-office, Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work. This position reports to the Chief Programs and Strategic Initiatives Officer.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Chief Program and Strategic Initiatives Officer, you will work collaboratively with each department within ICA to manage all of the organization’s impact data functions, including tracking our entrepreneur client outcomes and providing timely data reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn more about venture capital investing, CDFI’s, accelerator programs, and building community wealth through small businesses. Ultimately, this cross functional role is the one source of truth for ICA’s impact related data and is responsible for ensuring that internal and external stakeholders quantitively understand ICA’s impact and how we are contributing to closing the racial and gender wealth gaps.

The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 - $68,000; compensation also includes a discretionary bonus paid annually based on organization and individual performance.
